Ok....well people need lines, they need an email address to post said lines to and some detail about your project would be nice as well.

What linguage needs the voiceactor ? English,German,...? With or without accents?

No. I'm sorry, but you do not need voice actors at this point. Speaking from experience, you should leave getting voice actors for last. Get the missions done, get the script done, then go out to find actors. It's easier that way. In addition, it allows you to release a version of your campaign that doesn't have VA.
