Title: Is Sync not compatible with 3.6.12?

When I was playing through it, in the mission that The Chase red alerts into I got this:

Which was that my fighter was missing. So I'm totally stuck on that mission. Can't go forward, can't fail it, can't jump out, can't die. Just stuck. Is this a compatibility problem or is my install b0rk3d?

Red Alert bug, again. Nothing to do with the campaign itself, it's a code bug. Gotta wait until the new pilot code.

The only way to solve that is to start the campaign again with a fresh pilot, or to play from the tech room.
