Title: How do you disable the audio dialog?

Not to offend anybody here, but I'd like to disable the audio of the dialog if I can. I turned the voice knob in game all the way down, but then that "auto voice bot" thingy starts up and she sounds REALLY AWFUL (though it is funny when she translates "..." into "Dot Dot Dot"). How can I disable her? Is there a way?

that would be text to speech.  find the speech tab in the launcher and deselect the options in there
