Yeah but at the speed of replies given with forums, It's not nearly as fun to troll you. Still as easy though.

You were given a 5% warning to let you know that announcing that you are trolling someone is not a good idea, as I said in the post, it was a 'nod' to let you know that.
If you find that amusing, I can always add another 25% and get your posts moderated, that should be hilarious.

That's why it's amusing. Since I've been /b/ro-stopped from the HLP channel and every other channel that The_E has mod powers in for no apparent reason (Great moderating AMIRITE?) I haven't even bothered trolling anyone, in that post I merely stated how easy it was. Heck, you could ask The_E himself, see if I sent any pm's or similar.
Well, note for future then. More than one easy to troll target.

Never find on purpose. Always stumble upon.
You will never find what you search for if you do not look at what is straight infront of you.
Plus, as stated. Forum trolling lacks all the enjoyment IRC trolling does and therefore I do not dabble within it.

If you troll on IRC, it is up to the Moderators on there to deal with you. If you come on here and complain about whatever decision they make, then you create an issue for the Forum Moderators. There is a PM system in place for dealing with such concerns, or, in a worse case scenario, the Site Support forum which, as the description states, is for issues with the Forum or IRC channel.
If you don't like the fact that dragging your IRC issues into an unrelated Forum and admitting you are trolling someone is going to have repurcussions (a whole 5% warning that no-one would even have been aware of if you hadn't posted about it, surely the world is ending...) then the simple answer is not to do it.
Edit: Oh, and Warnings decrease by 5% per day, so you were actually at 0% yesterday whilst you were kicking up a stink about it, and had been so for over 24 hours.

your methods of troll prevention read like an rpg game, i say just can his ass for some time and let him out at our leisure. fight trolling with counter-trolling.

I'll be honest with you, I was tempted to give him 80% for the lulz, but I'm feeling generous at the moment.
Edit: Must be too many years of testing Jet engines, if something starts whining at 5%, I'm used to letting it cool down.
