Title: Zoom not working in the insygnia build

Another bug, this time mouse wheel zoom doesn't work in the insygnia build of PCS2.
Simply put, when I turn the mouse wheel, nothing happens.
PCS2 really needs a debug build of some sort, to help with dealing with such bugs.

Maybe try a build that's less than a year old.

Which "more recent"?
I don't see the option in BSP build from The_E's pack, and link in your sig gives me a 403 error.

I'm (still) using the February 19 build, and both mouse wheel zoom and the insignia editor are there.

Looks like I've been defaulting to an outdated build. Nevermind then, the latest builds indeed have all this.
