Title: Converting .pofs into 3ds max
Post by: starbug on August 20, 2011, 08:45:46 am
This might be a stupid question, as i did do a search and nothing seemed to come up in the search results. How do i convert pof files say the Hecate into a file that can be opened in 3ds max 2011? reason being i wanted to have a go at doing a few animations, i could probalbly do them in FRED but i would like to do them in Max, also i would have greater control over the ships in 3ds max than in fred.

Be sure and get the OpenCollada (http://opencollada.org/download.htm/) plug in. Then when you go to import look for OpenCollada in the drop down, there will be two. Max Collada won't work.
