Do you have some FS1 disc in your optical drive? You don't need to have any discs in when running FSO.

Found root pack 'i:\tango1_fs2.vp' with a checksum of 0x4c25221e
Found root pack 'i:\tangoA_fs2.vp' with a checksum of 0x2e10c984

I take it there's an FS2 disc in another drive. Also unneeded but shouldn't really cause anything.

Switch to 32-bit colors in the Launcher and also from the driver settings. If still nothing, try uninstalling and reinstalling the GPU drivers.

i tried switching to 32 bit, same thing happens where i get an immediate fso stopped working. I attached a new log. Idk what you mean by gpu drivers unfortunately, im not all that tech savvy.

GPU: Graphics Processing Unit. Your graphics card. Download the latest ones from AMD's site, uninstall the current ones, install the new ones. Reboot whenever prompted.
