Title: Need batch converter

Can anyone suggest a good program to convert bmp to pcx. Max doesn't allow saving as pcx, and all the converters I've found either screw up the format or are trials, meaning they convert only one file at a time. So does anyone know a good FREE converter? huh? please?

Use Jasc paint shop pro... load bmp and save as pcx ... easy :)

It has a batch conversion tool for that kind of thing, turn one kind of file into another very easily.

thanks, I'll check that out. I was using Corel so far, but that ***** requires all converting files to be open. Think forth.

Jasc PS Haves batch conventer also... U can do it that way also if u want :)
