Title: Topgun's fitness shenanigans

Im tired of being scrawny and feeling weak. I decided to take my fitness seriously and am starting a exercise program focusing on calisthenics. I decided to document my progress here.
Month 0; 9-12-11
5'11, 185 lbs/84Kg
