Title: Game crashes right after briefing

Hi, I have this problem: I've installed FSO in my sister's pc, I already have it running in mine and in a friend's and works fine there. I did exactly the same when installing it on her computer and everything looked good, but the game crashes when I click "accept" after the briefing (not the command one).
Can you guys help me? I'm sending the log, and here are the pc's features:

Intel core 2 duo E7500 2.93 Ghz
RAM 1.75 Gb DDR2
Video: intel G41 express chipset (onboard) 1024 Mb

You are missing the patch files for the mediavps.

Sorry for the offensive amount of ignorance, but, what files exactly?

Please go to the mediavps release thread, found here: http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php?topic=70736.0

Download the files marked as patch files. Copy them to the mediavps_3612 directory.

downloaded the three upgrades and the game still crashes
