Hello everyone I request some help with a doubt, If I want to ''extract'' for example the GTD Titan from a vp file, how did I know which files do I have to extract, I mean data, effects, table, etc files of the ship
And a second question, If I download a ship, installation,etc from anywhere, how did I know where to put the files, I know that it is in the wiki but it's a bit confusing

Its perfectly explained in the wiki. Everything you just asked for.
For the first question, the link to the second question still applies. For extracting things from VP's, Maja Express (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/Maja_Express) and QuickVP (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/QuickVP) are good choices.
For the second question, this page (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/FS2_Data_Structure) is a very good starting point.
Also, for figuring out a models texture names, you need PCS2 (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/PCS2) and you need to open ships.tbl to get the actual pof name for the ship in question.
