How can I look for all the posts of a member in a specific board (e.g. search all posts of Marcov except on Offtopic discussion forums)?
I am interested in seeing judgefloro's ontopic posts, if he has any (it says "66" on the post count so he should have them).
Thanks in advance.

Use the advanced search. You can then choose which board to search.

Yes, but that still doesn't search the posts of a particular member only.

Just click on their name and then "Show Posts" from their profile.

But what if that member has thousands, and I want to look for one buried deep in the middle of his post list?

Then you have a bit of searching to do, don't you?

Marcov, if you can find a Simple Machines plugin that will allow this (Simple Machines is the forum software that HLP is running), maybe you could convince an admin to implement it. However, I don't see one with a cursory Google search. (Searched: simple machines search posts of member)

Use the advanced search and then where it says "By user:" enter the name of the user.
It's not like that should have been hard to figure out!
