Title: engine glow showing up to early

I don't know if anyone else has this problem but engine glows are showing up before the ship models when warping in.

Anyone know how to get rid of this?

Given that this issue happens on .14RC1, it's unimportant. This be needin' some fixin'. Mantis'ed as issue 2534.
