Yes, all of them. I have to work more on texture.
IPX Icarus is on the way and some others.
One question: How many new ships can I add before I have reached the limit of the game engine?

The limit of normal builds is 130, that of Inferno builds is 250
Core table contains 119 ship entires (ships.tbl) + 14 in additional-shp.tbm + 4 more in Zathras ... (other mods may also add ships)
With a normal build you can't add anymore ... but with the Inferno build you will have some room...

It is years since I last played TBP and haven't played Zathras, though I really want to. Maybe at some point in the future, I don't know.

Don't mention it. It is I who must thank you for your hard work.
TBP is really unrecognizable from what it was earlier. I don't think I need to say that the game looks better than the TV show ever did.
There are ships in the links that should really be part of TBP or should I call it Zathras?

The best thing about AOG is that they try to flesh all the little races that we only know from one ship in the Babylon 5 series. For example, the Brakiri.
We only know them from this, the Avioki heavy cruiser

I think that some of them are already ingame in TBP, because I remember they were requested many years before. If you could try and insert the remaining ones, that would be great because in the future, a campaign could be made with them as allies able to provide substantial contribution to the war not just one cruiser. Other campaigns could be made with them. The possibilities are endless.
There are also the Dilgar who should be part of the TBP, and maybe if some pre Minbari war earth designs can be created then the "Dilgar War" could be scripted in or should I say "Fredded in".

What can I say, seems like that you won't run out of ships to make, if you are up to it.
I think that if you build the ships, then somebody will use them down the line to make great campaigns out of them.

Good looking there ... I personally would have made sometings different (like containers/tanks to fill those hollow areas but it is your call)
Quick compability question: Outside qeometry still the same, so collision detection remains unchanged?

Empty is cannon ... neither the Cortez nor the Columbus have anything in there
But if always been wondering why there is so much empty (appearently) un-used space on a ship that size...

That's easy. It normally holds jump gate components. Explorer ships don't only explore. They add jump gates to the jump gate network. They also carry out repairs on damaged jump gates, because they're the only ships big enough to carry the components.

just a question, given how hard it might be, but might it be possible at some point to implement the shadow planet killer command center and segments? If those are used in a nebula it could replicate the feeling of "a call to arms"...

Some of one are not cannon, I mean, some of that races only appeared in that game.

There is a launcher flag to disable movies as well. Not sure if that will do the trick for the intro and even if it does it turns off all movies so to play campaigns you need to turn it back on.

I can't think of the name, but I saw the episode. It's from the rather pretentious chaps on a diplomatic mission to B5 to see whether or not the EA is worth dealing with. To "consumate" their agreement, the ambassador insists that Ivanova accompany him certain "recreational" activities.

Those models look awesome, emi. That Sigma957 might be the flashiest single piece of eye candy in TBP yet, and we've always wanted a repair fury. And I might get to fly through the Explorer's superstructure!

Agreed! In my opinion a warlock destroyer should have been the main ship of Crusade. It does fit much better into the Babylon 5 universe than that stupid Excalibur abomination ;)!

Are these new models compatible with old missions? I notice the bottom Warlock picture has the little point defense turrets on top like TBP's 2006 Warlock model.

Same sub system, same turrets, same names, same path, just different model structure with different glow point.
So yes, they are totally compatible. Still WIP.

Does anyone know if this can be done in PCS2? Or does designating subsystems have to start in blender?

I know nothing of blender, but..
I`ve done it with the use of modelview, subsystems and turret fire points can be done there, but paths have to be done in pcs2
My major problem with this way is modelview doesen`t like all models, some crash the program.
Not really an effective way, but :sigh:
(edit) I am glad to see progress on the mod again.. Brings a shimmer of light to a dark place, (my mind). :D

All this can be done in PCS2. It just a "copy & paste" (and adjustment) of all the path, subsystems and more of the original TBP's models. I need some volunteers. It's really easy, but It can take me forever with all the new models. I really need volunteers..

New nial in game, model from the HomeWorls 2 mod "War With Out End", those guys made and excelent job! :)
An other thing.. I stared play with the specular maps.. and the result are incredibles!
The light on the hull of the WhiteStar (the new Nial and Sharlin) looks like TV serie's CGI, here are some examples..

I can import subsystem data from other models using PCS2 easily enough. I've been doing fine tuning of firing points for the effects upgrade too, so that shouldn't be a problem. If you need help with that I can lend a hand.

I've done lot of texture color adjustments, and on shine maps too, to look as on the tv show.
I created animated glow maps for the Drakhs ships LIKE IN THE SHOW (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tfDPB7spGoU). ( I can't show it on still images :D )

I need to make some transparency, like glass, i want to see some texture that are below, but some parts on the above texture have to be visible. But i have some problems with it..
Alpha channel on TGA did't work: i can't see the texture below, I can see throw the entire ship with this, not what i want.
Pure Green on PCX did't work neither: well... I just paint it pure green what supouse to be transparent.. but the entire texture become transparent.. not what i want neither.
Is there a way?
(you probably move this.. fell free to do so, I need an answer..)

Did you model the stuff below the glass? On the default Omega, it's not modeled.
If you did, then you need to set hierarchy up properly, ask another modeler how it's done.

I have a question too, is "War without End" for Homeworld 2 actually still alive? The offical website and ModDB seem dead, is development going on somewhere else, are they laying low (like Diaspo_ra) or are they dead?

We are on hiatus. Pepper was the more active member (he did most of the modelling and texturing) and RL has taken the priority (as for me and the others in the team).
I would say the mod is more or less dead for the moment, until we find some time/motivation to start again.

You're probably thinking of my WIP Hyperion... that has been hit by severe model-fatigue. I'll get back to it after the updated Omega though.
@emi: do you have permission to release these HW2 assets for TBP? They are looking very nice. At the moment my RL job takes up most of my time, so I cannot help too much in converting this stuff, but looking forward to your updates.
