It does look a little, um, balloonish...

I like the overall design, but the turrets seriously need some work.

I actually thought it was a nice design improvement from the original Hecate destroyer.

But I don't seem any of its turrets.

I do like the Original Hecate better, but this one ain't bad as well. The wings (whatever they're called) could use some detail, but not bad.

I like it, yes it does look a bit bloated but that can be good as well - I particularly like the slanted rear "wings", if the front end was more streamlined it'd make a good new class (but it'd stop looking so much like a Hecate). Good work :)
