I've got kazan's PCS and i've converted a few POF's to COB but the textures never work. Do i have to re texture the model manually? or is there an other way?

Make sure the textures are in the same directory as the cob.

the thread link only had the ships in .max format and i don't have 3Ds MAX. I've got all the textures in the same directory as the cob and pof, in .bmp and .pcx. Is it because i only have truespace2 and not 5?

Truespace should give you the option to look for the texture files when you first import the model (it comes up as part of the error message in TS4 IIRC) give it the directory the model is in and it should be happy.
I`m used to TS4 so this might not work with TS2 but it probably does.

yep, i've found that but it doesn't work for turrets!? any ideas?
