the cvs freds wont downlod, i have tried it for 3 months, and it still does not work

Alright, I'll bite... Why are you trying to download files from over 5 years ago? Theres no way they're up to date, just use .12 or .14RC2 FRED

can you upload a file attachment of that, because i searched all over hardlight for it and could not find the latest fred.

Dude. Can you read? Because FRED builds are included with every released Windows build. They're n the same package.

Yeah, I'd view such action as warning-worthy. On the first time. I wouldn't advise to try and see what happens on subsequent attempts.
