Title: Missing punctuation in BP Intelligence entries (with fix)

I noticed that many of the Blue Planet Intelligence entries lack quotation marks, apostrophes, and dashes and have spaces where they should be, resulting in such phrases as "Marcus Glaive s GTI insurgency and Bosch s Neo-Terran Front" and "Admiral Petrarch s drive." It turns out those punctuation marks actually are there, but they happen to be non-ASCII variants, which are unprintable in FreeSpace 2.

I have attached fixed versions of Species.tbl that use the ASCII variants of those symbols, one for BP, and another for BP2. The files are set in the proper folders, so you should be able to just extract these zip files to the FreeSpace 2 folder.

Yeah, this deserves more love. Thanks for the work put into this - nicely resolves an obsessive-compulsive beef of mine. :)
