Title: Is the new pilot file code going to be in 3.6.14?
Post by: Skafsgaard on January 28, 2012, 10:40:27 pm
Hi guys,

I was wondering if the new pilot file code is going to be in the release version of 3.6.14?
I'd like to know before I start using it, so I can be sure not to break my pilot file in the future.

Cheers!

As far as I'm aware, no.  It's slated for 3.7.

I see - thanks for filling me in!

Do you know if it's planned how many 3.6.x releases there's going to be before 3.7?
As in, if it's known at this point that 3.7 will be the release after 3.6.14, or if, for example, there's going to be three more 3.6.x releases before 3.7, or if it's unknown how many 3.6.x releases there's going to be before 3.7.

Thanks for your time.

3.6.14 is the last release before the pilot code will be merged into trunk, and that will the base for the next release.
