Title: Raiding a cargo depot.
Post by: Maksio58 on January 29, 2012, 03:54:16 pm
So i have a mission involving a cargo depot (total of 36 containers) and  i want my wingmen to start attacking the containers after ships and sentry guns in the area are taken care of (also if possible have the Aeolus that parks next to them open fire on them). Is there a way to make them attack the containers without manualy inputing the name of each and every of the 36 container's name into SEXPs?

You could give them orders to attack the various enemy ship Wings, so their priority will be the ships before the cargo.

But he wants them to attack the cargo AFTER the enemy is gone.

They will if their priority are the enemy WINGS.

Or just convert the IFF of the containers once the enemy ships are gone and send a message saying that the enemy ships are defeated, blast the cargo now.

Flag the cargo as protected, then reverse that when the enemies are destroyed.
