If Kunoichi has to deal with bombs, she's a bad spy.  If she plants listening devices and eavesdrops on conversations using her Ninja Stealth Skills, she's doing it right.

I thought spies often did assassinations, too. Certainly they wouldn't be using bombs to do it, but it is still useful skills to know how to assemble one.

Spies not using bombs ? Did those ships spontaneously asplode in Love the Treason then ?

It's not as if Snipes had any useful skills regarding bombs though, aside from following the directions :p

They weren't bombed. (They had their reactor systems ****ed with to explode.)

Detonators, bombs. You're just playing with the words here.

A detonator makes a bomb go off. It's a part of one, not a synonym for one. It's not wordplay at all, and we have an EOD type in the thread so I'm trying to help you not offend him. :p

A modern analogy would be something like Torpex. You can stub out a cigarette in it and nothing will happen, but if you attach a device that passes an electric current through it, it will cause an explosion. That device is the Detonator.

Detonators can be electric or non-electrical. But they certainly are not bombs.

I felt I had to clarify, but yep, this is something I don't like going into.

ON-TOPIC my Dawn fascination is waning after spending the whole weekend ploughing the Dawn girl I referenced earlier in this topic.

Turns out Dawn is CLINGY :/

/me goes to see if there's a Crystal on Facebook.

Dekker, she's a teenage girl who was flung so far into the future that all her family and friends are dead and the only person she could relate to was an AI that is also now dead. Can you blame her for being a bit clingy?
