Title: Head.ani stuttering?

I am not a member of mantis, asking this here may be wrong but, Is this animation as in the moves or is this something else?  I ask  because I do not thing I am having this issue. But I may be and do not know it  ;).

Communications animations are known to cause stuttering on some computers but not all. There is currently no other reliable fix than to turn them off in your HUD config (press F2).

than I do not have this issue, must be graphics card related
