Title: Red error text in wiki registration captcha

So next to the arithmetic-based captcha on the registration page for a wiki account (like this (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php?title=Special:UserLogin&type=signup)), there's this red error text:

What's needed to get rid of it?

Also appears when adding additional external links to a page.
