We try to avoid getting Rated M or AO, so we had to retcon/ soften up certain game/ story elements like the fact that 20+billion people get nuked to Oblivion, their flesh get burned in the process and they all die a horrible death.
Weapons have also changed slightly, instead of firing deathbringing KEWs and missiles, the ships fire chocolate/ proteinbars and cans filled with tasty strawberrymilkshake.

It's not as fast as a nuclear strike, but they don't have to deal with radiation and rebuilding everything afterwards.
