From the pic's, each and every one of them was cared for. So I don't think that he kept them for use, rather probably kept them as a sort of museum to appease the guests.

Naw he invited the neighbor's kids over and had them view the collection.... and at the end of the tour he said stay of mah lawn or else!

Also beneficial when his daughter began to date.

this is where i point out that the water table is too ****ing high around here (not to mention that salt water is only a 3 minute walk away) and that everything is built on pilings as opposed to a foundation proper. it is impossible to have a basement that is not also a swimming pool. besides i prefer to impale people out in the woods so that wolves can chew em up.
