Title: 3.6.12.inf bug not playing endings?

If you finish the game using inferno 3.6.12 and jump at the end of the last mission the ending movies don't play and the pilot becomes unusable afterwards.  If you let yourself die in the supernova you get the ending movies and you can replay the last mission.
