Please authorize the user with the nickname Tek. (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/User:Tek) Obviously, he is not a bot so there is no reason to keep him waiting.

He responded. He said he had registered as tek. Strange.

Probably a case sensitivity issue. I wonder how many people were losing to this spam filter?

I'm still in contact with this guy on his Talk page (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/User_talk:Tek). He said he hasn't been authorized yet, so I told him to give a direct link to his profile.

As I said, there is no user with that name awaiting authorisation. He'll need to reregister.

This time he was there, authorised.
