Title: Free space 1 on win 7 64 bit

Had wee look couldnt find anything. The game installed ok but when i go to play it does nothing. the cd drive spins up and thats it anyone able to help i love these games would love to play them again>

Im new to this site tis great to c such support for these old classics

The surest way to get FS1 to work on a modern system is to install FS2, install the FSPort (which ports the campaign of fS1 to the FS2 engine), and use FreeSpace Open.

Please be patient with me here now. i have FS2 so i install it and get a wee program from this site yes????
