Title: HLP slow loading / not loading pages 5-22-12 00:45 EST

Site seems to be randomly slow / not loading pages.  Did a ping of www.google.com and got this result:

Ping statistics for 74.125.131.103:
    Packets: Sent = 75, Received = 75, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 36ms, Maximum = 78ms, Average = 40ms
So I don't think it's my net connection.  May be temporary or an anomaly, but I thought I'd mention it.

EDIT: Yup, posted this, instead of displaying my post, got this message:

Then had to reload 4-5 times to get it to display, then had to hit "Modify" 2-3 times to add this.  Not sure how long it will take to save it...  :nervous:

EDIT: once.  Site seems snappy again at least for that.  Someone fix it?

Well, at the time you posted this, the site seemed to be OK, but I just got word that it was acting up again, so I've bounced the DB and the web server to be paranoid.  :)

There might be. Hard to tell for sure at this moment though.
