That raises an interesting question:  do mass murderers deserve being able to socialize and play in prison, or should they be locked up completely in isolation?  Or should they be put to death as likely would have happened if it had been in the US?

I'm not really sure what I think about it, actually.

Or we could get a chess grand master to beat him soundly while making sarcastic comments about what a **** player he is and how stupid and simplistic his strategy is. That would wipe the smirk off his face. :p

Probably not. But people other side the bars may deserve to keep their humanity.
