The reason you got banned from GenDisc was because you're bad at being civil in a conversation. It doesn't look like that has changed.

Scotty has basically summed it up.
HLP is currently on a "niceness" drive. We're using stiffer moderation to make sure that people who can't remain civil of their own accord don't get to post. To that end it would be counter-productive to give you your access back now. I've seen no sign of a change in the behaviour that got you booted out of Hard Light. In fact from what I've seen the general consensus amongst the admin/moderation staff is that you can't be civil in Gaming Discussion either and are teetering on the edge of a ban from there too.

You are entilted to your oppinion I guess, regardless how utterly, impossibly wrong it may be.
I begin to wonder why, out of dozens of various forums all over the internet on which I am a regular, this is the only one I ever had any trouble on. Ever. And those other forums are tighly regulated as well...
I'm the same here as there, so...
Seems to me the reasons are not about "niceness" (and never were).

Indeed. You've basically just proved why we can't allow you back in Trashman. Even when you're supposedly demonstrating that you are able to have a civil discussion you instantly revert to the same "I'm 100% correct about everything I believe I'm correct about, and I will argue past the point of sanity to prove it" attitude which is exactly what got you banned in the first place.
I really don't think there's any need to leave this open.
