X3N0, apparently I have to "invite to trade" on your user account in my friends list. However, it says you were last online 19 hours ago, and, the option to invite you to trade or chat is grayed out.

Post by: Mongoose on August 20, 2012, 02:52:33 pm: Yeah, you'd both have to be online in order to make a trade, since it's an active process. It would be nice if there was a way to make one-way offers if the other user was offline, but I guess Valve was worried about people possibly being scammed.
