Title: 3.6.14 Release Candidate 8 now up!

As Mongoose pointed out, the announcements skipped RC7, and now we point your attention to 3.6.14 RC8 (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php?topic=81804.0)!  This will almost certainly be the last RC before 3.6.14 final, so you should probably be sure to give this one a wringing.
