Title: Diaspora Standalone Server Up!

I'm now hosting a Diaspora Standalone server (on a Windows 7 VirtualBox on top of an Ubuntu 12.04 install, on a Pentium E5400 with 2GB of RAM.) I'll try to keep it up as consistently as possible, but it's not going to be perfect.

Feel free to use it for your games, and report any bugs to the team.

haven't been able to see your server at all yet, interested in finding out if standalone servers are going to be windows only, was hoping to run one on my mint box

At the moment they are. We hope to get them converted to run on Linux and Mac too at some point though. It will go much faster if we can find a Linux coder to do it though.
