Title: slow downs when there are videos with the characters speech

hello. i have slow downs when there are videos in the upper left with radio communication. my reported FPS is still 60 (capped at refresh rate) but it looks more like 20 when there are videos playing in the upper left. attached is my dxdiag. any help is appreciated.

i set the video settings in the launcer with the max graphics/max memory options on.

are there any other error logs or files i should include?

What build are you using ? This is a known bug that should be fixed in recent builds.

and .14 is a full release? becayse the documentation about both is a little confsuing

3.6.14 is in the release candidate phase and RC8 is stable with only a small number of issues from a players point of view, SCP are hoping to push RC9 very soon and so long as there are no show stoppers my belief is that RC9 will become the next "stable" build
