Title: Is the no-primary-linking weapon flag busted

There's no graphical indication on the HUD that the weapon is linked, but it's still firing as if it is.

i will try to get more details when it's not 3 am

just tried it on two separate fighters with 2 banks and it works fine on .14 RC8 debug
