Title: Hurricane Sandy: Voter suppression on a large scale

Conservatives seem to benefit from low voter turnouts. Since hurricane Sandy is probably going to keep people occupied for a few weeks, what effect do you guys think that will that have on the election results? What are the chances this gives the election to Romney?
