Still a lot of work to do, but it's already advanced enough for me to show it :)

Looks like a cross between a Y-Wing, an A-10, and something else that I cant remember the name of, or what its from...
I like it...

Looking' good...looking very good.
Very tasteful name too :D

The engines look like a SW racing pod;)
But it looks damn cool:yes:
-
And that seems to be the only problem with it in my opionion, the ship itself looks incredible cool, but the engines look on a lower tech level than the rest of it somehow... Perhaps making them more square than rounded - and making smooth panelling - it'd be more in keeping with the rest of the ship.
But still, A1!

the ship is very low tech. it's the rest of the ship that has to be mofified :p

yup, the Kamov KA 50 werewolf. this ship is from Kamov too ( in my story line ), and I've called it that way, well, coz I just wanted to :p (actually, the havoc is Ka54 but anyway, mistakes happen :p )

looky what I have found :)

the very, very old first version of it :) I used it as contest entry for the first HLP model contest.
difference of skills set apart, you can see the design has quite evolved: it has gained a "nose" with a TADS system, wings are more on the back, the regular reactors have been replaced by dual boosters ( forward/backward trust ), the cockpit shape has changed, it now has 3 vectoring panels per engine ( used to have 3 too, but one was removed on the contest version, looked better - it's back because of technical considerations- Also, you can't tell from that render, but the hull of the new version isn't a single big part anymore, the bottom half ( under the wings ) is a quite complicated structure now, and isn't covered by a hull anymore. The engines have gained one more axis of rotation too, and it now has a... dunno how you call that, a thing to allow the ship to refuel in flight ( just behind the cockpit ).

I like the new one. Very nice!
Just one question - how many polys? (Just wondering how close it'll look in a game)
-
The first one looks like a world war 1 or 2 fighter plane. Nice though.

great :) that's exactly what i want to achieve :)
If someone thinks that w/o me mentioning it, it means I did it ^_^
Vyper: don't remember and don't feel like checking, anyway I think it's not that high, but still way too much for FS2 anyway.

Nice model you have there, damn cool retro feeling. :)
How much time did you spend on it? I'm just curious... :D
