Title: Minor problem

I'm very excited to be getting to Act 3 finally - but for some reason I have a full scaled Hud, and then a scaled down hud coexisting and cluttering up the screen. I checked for an errant hud_gauges but I couldn't find one in my Mod tree - so it seems to be internal. What should I be looking for to troubleshoot this?

EDIT:

It also seems to effect previously unaffected Act 1 and 2, but not AoA
