Title: HLP Mantis having issues

Seems anything that requires being logged in to do is not working.  I can view issues, search, etc but can't do things like report an issue, manage, or go to the summary page.  When clicking on any of those all that shows up is a blank page.

They seem to work for me. Are you still having this issue?

Seems to be working again.
