Title: I think this goes here
Post by: HotSnoJ on June 28, 2002, 12:50:23 pm
I want to make a program I call Blend2FS(maybe 2), much like Cob2FS(2). I have allot of ideas on how it'll convert .blend files, but have currently no programming (except HTML) experience. If anyone could tell me where I can get compilers, and what language to use. Not to mention a place where I can get tutorials on the certian language, would be great.

Always with you, but not always posting-

It could probably be done in C... but to learn the langauge takes a little bit more time then "reading a tutorial". HTML is the easiest langauge on the planet... and if thats your prior programming experience... your in trouble.

As for a C compiler... I suggest Microsoft Visual C, its not free... but its an awsome workspace enviroment.
