I don't particularly get who or what he's making fun of, as his tone of voice implies that he is doing so.  So that part is lost on me completely.

The only funny part is at the very end (5:50).

 I think it's a mockery of the myriads of crappy fanart you can find across the internet. It does loose it's fun after the first (second tops) video you watch.
