Well after doing abit of work and tinkering with the Post effects sexps and following advice from Axem i have got a sepia effect working in missions. Its still a work in progress, i had wanted to put a video up but Fraps doesnt seem to like FS open at the moment.

And heres how i did it. i first creatd a 512 x 512 image and just filled it with a sepia colour, 100% opacity and this is the colour code #643b0f. The i just did the following in the screenshot below.

you need to desaturate the image a lot more for a true sepia look.

Your sepia-fu is weak, I can still see the ships.

yeah this does not look like sepia as much as it does slightly yellow clingfilm over the screen
