Title: Graphic issues

Hi there.

I haven't played this game in awhile so i thought i'd give it a go again, but the graphics are really choppy.

I'm running, win 7 64 with 8gb ram and a ati 4890 graphics card. When i start the game, it comes up with a message saying this card doesn't have any memory (which it clearly does). Then When i start any game, the game is choppy and not very enjoyable.

I didn't seem to have this issue a few builds ago. Can anyone help me?

Go to your MCO directory and delete
h2prefs
h2prefs1
hiprefs
hiprefs1
midprefs
midprefs1
minprefs
minprefs1

Thanks for the help.

I deleted the above files, but i'm still having the ame issue. I've now got a ati radeon HD 6870 in the PC now. Didn't improve much really.

I wonder if the graphic card is too advanced for this game, considering whenit first came out.

Make sure the files badcard and vidcard are no longer in your installation. These are the prime suspects for the graphics effects you describe  :mad:
