for a brief overview, watch this: http://youtu.be/946flnd3ON8?t=10m13s
Then go play it.
EDIT: I've decided not to say what it's about, even vaguely. Go play!

This is absolutely brilliant. Like, I'm not kidding. Play it!
-
I played it.
I now have a severe headache.
That's not a bad thing. :P
-
Wow. That was cool.
I don't even know if I finished it, but it felt like it.

****IN' NINJAS RUININ' MAH DATES

It was clever. Bit poorly executed in that I had no idea what the author was trying to get at until I read his forum posts, but maybe that was the point.
-
It's cute. A bit unstable on OS X.
Damn decision trees and their mini-combinatorial explosion. Haven't won yet. Pretty sure the "invent your own ending" ending isn't the real ending. Good comparison to Groundhog Day though.
-
I would like to see if there's a way past the aliens. The option to get up and run is surprisingly lacking.

To win, you must first quit the game. After that, if you have any semblance of curiosity, you will beat the game.

Author's comments (http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=33753.msg896094#msg896094).
Only read these after you've been playing for at least an hour and you're satisfied that you've found all you're going to. They're helpful in understanding what he was getting at.

This is pretty damned funny.
It's also similar to The Stanley Parable (http://www.galactic-cafe.com/the-stanley-parable/) (which has an HD version (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=95511356) Greenlit and coming out on Steam in the year 20xx).
By the way, I am an awesome hacker.
