Title: Additional categories added to Modding contest

Thanks to a generous contribution from TheDagger, a new category has been added to the HLP modding contest - all first time modders will now be included in a separate category, to encourage the development of new talent and get more people involved. To be eligible, you need to release your very first Freespace model within the contest period (ending September 30).
