help it wont run multiplayer

When you took your 2nd screenshot did you have more than one copy of FSO running?  The icon in the FSO taskbar seems to have the multiple windows "edge" on it.  Try closing all copies of FSO & Freespace2 then try again.

If you don't have two copies running then maybe another program has the FSO network port open, tcp/7808 I think.  Try this:

1) Run cmd.exe as administrator
2) Run netstat -nab and check if anything is listed for port 7808

but error 1 is now the problem
i have tryied set up to lan cable
but dindt work
new louncher old louncher
freespace 2 originial launcher
wont save network settings
please help me out
even fso wont
ingame wont

Are you running Windows 8?  If so can you try using wxlauncher (I guess you might have meant wxlauncher when you said new launcher)?  If that doesn't work, please post a screenshot of the wxlauncher network settings.

On a side note there is probably no reason for not just defaulting that to the max setting if not set.  I don't think it really does anything anyway.

Looks correct to me. In your data folder you'll find a file called multi.log. Post that for us. A debug log would also be useful too.
