Title: DAE-capable PCS2 package help

Looking at the tutorial for converting from pof back to dae (http://www.hard-light.net/wiki/index.php/POF_to_Blender_Conversions) on the wiki, I noticed that both the links for the modified pcs2.exe and the additional .dll file(s) are broken. While I was able to find what I assume is the actual .exe through searching the forums, I have no been able to find the libcollada dll or the numerous others the executable starts throwing errors for (ie: wxmsw28_core_vc_custom.dll). Does anyone know where I might be able to get these files or where they are currently hosted?
