So I saw this in the "What are you playing" thread today.

257. Genius:               Switch between primary weapons.
258. Common Sense: Destroy beam cannon on Shivan cruiser with a Maverick in Exodus.

260. Bad Diarrhea:      Use 10 countermeasures in less than 10 seconds.

While adding actual achievements to FSO would be utterly silly, I think it would be fun to list a few. Such as:


Don't Hate Matilda - Kill 100 Maras
Dragoon - Kill 100 SF Dragons
Empty The Bins - Fire off your entire secondary armament in thirty seconds
I Told You So - Get killed by beam fire in The Great Hunt.
I'm the Sathanas, *****! - Get run over by a Juggernaut

Achievement unlocked: "It's too late, oh god!" - Watched the intro.
Achievement unlocked: "Destroying the Destroyers' Destroyer" - Destroyed the Eva.
Achievement unlocked: "My god! It's full of star!'" - Finished the first nebula mission.
Achievement unlocked: "Subspace blues" - Defeated the Lucifer in subspace.
Achievement unlocked: "Walk in the corridor" - Defeated the Lucifer using ONLY squadron members.
Achievement unlocked: "Sa-Vasuda" - Complete the evacuation of the Vasuda system.
Achievement unlocked: "Killing and diving are what I do best" - Survived the trip through the second Knossos portal.
Achievement unlocked: "Capellan BBQ" - Stayed behind during the supernova event.
Achievement unlocked: "It's been fun, but I have to go" -  Survived the supernova event.
Achievement unlocked: "Shivan Slayer" - Kill 1'000 Shivans.
Achievement unlocked: "The Great Destroyer" - Kill 1'000'000 Shivans.
Achievement unlocked: "A piece of junk" - Hijacked Bosch's project.

Wel done An4ximandros. Now for mine:

Achievement unlocked: "Great Defender" - Protect all of the escape pods in A Failure to Communicate.
Achievement unlocked: "That wasn't in the script" - Escort the Plato to the jump point.
Achievement unlocked: "You were saying?" - Shut Delta Wing up by protecting the Oberon well.
Achievement unlocked: "Declaw The Beast" - Destroy all 4 beams on the Sathanas Juggernaut
Achievement unlocked: "No Hitch Hikers" - Shake off the Shivan in He Who Rides The Tiger

Achivement unlocked: "Hammer of Ignorance" - Bring Omega 1 & 2 to the Jumpnode in Black Omega without shooting at the PVD Anvil.
Ahievement unlocked: "88 Miles per Hour" - Destroy the PVD Prophecy in The Great Hunt and complete the mission successfully.
Achivement unlocked: "Clean Sweep" - Complete FreeSpace: The Great War without a retry.
Achivement unlocked: "Not this time" - Complete FreeSpace: The Great War on Insane difficulty.
Achivement unlocked: "Clean and Pure" - Complete FreeSpace: The Great War on Insane without a retry.
Achivement unlocked: "Hold the Line!" - Defend the GTC Trinity for 15 minutes in Mystery of the Trinity
Achivement unlocked: "Too much role identification" - Destroy the GTT Omega in ...But hate the Traitor
Achivement unlocked: "Feel for the Nebula" - Find the NTT Grall without following the beacons in As Lightning Falls
Achivement unlocked: "Goodbye, Old Friend" - Complete Clash of the Titans II
Achivement unlocked: "Hotter is always better" - Jump out and survive with only 5 seconds, or less, remaining in Apokalypse.
Achivement unlocked: "Life between the stars" - Complete FreeSpace 2 without a retry.
Achivement unlocked: "Up through the ranks" - Complete FreeSpace 2 on Insane difficulty
Achivement unlocked: "Alliance finest" - Complete FreeSpace 2 on Insane without a retry.
Achivement unlocked: "Riding the Shockwave" - Kill mulitple enemies with the same explosion.
Achivement unlocked: "Let's get easy, eh?" - Activate cheat mode.
Achivement unlocked: "Shivan on the Plane" - Kill a Shivan with a collision.
Achivement unlocked: "Shivan on the Rocks" - Kill a Shivan with a collision by an asteroid.
Achivement unlocked: "FreeSpacer" - Complete FreeSpace: The Great War OR FreeSpace 2 in only one game session.

Achievement unlocked: "Alpha 1 Syndrome" - Disable and destroy the Lucifer on Insane difficulty with an ML-16 Laser in a Valkyrie after using cheats to kill all your wingmen.

Achievement unlocked: "So Bad You're Good" - In "Mystery of the Trinity", do so poorly that the Trinity is destroyed before the GTT Discovery can dock with it, causing the transport to depart and thus save it from destruction (I seem to recall this happening to me once when I played on a higher difficulty).

Achievement Unlocked: "Gotta Go Fast" - Afterburn for a cumulative total of one hour.
Achievement Unlocked: "Overkill" - Kill a GTF Loki with a Helios.
Achievement Unlocked: "Mechanic's Nightmare" - Finish a mission with 5% or less hull remaining.
Achievement Unlocked: "Pretty Lights" - Take a BRed to the face.
Achievement Unlocked: "They Came From Behind" - Destroy a Sathanas's rear LRed.

Achivement unlocked: "Swiss Cheese" - Loose all of your health in one main beam weapon hit.
Achivement unlocked: "Jadeveon Clowney" - Loose all of your health by colliding with a capital ship entering or leaving subspace.
Achivement unlocked: "Dust Bowl" - Find Kappa wing.
Achivement unlocked: "Core Malfunction" - Depart immediately after your fellow NTF pilots accuse you of treason in Love the Treason....
Achivement unlocked: "Hate the Treason..." - Kill all of your squad mates before they turn on you in ...But Hate the Traitor.
Achivement unlocked: "Playing Peter" - Destroy Arjuna wing before the Lucifer arrives in Playing Judas.
Achivement unlocked: "Just Go Home" - Lose the GTC Orff in Eve of Destruction.
Achivement unlocked: "Chicken" - Jump out within the first 10 seconds of Apocalypse.
Achivement unlocked: "Lower...the...difficulty..." - Complete every mission by death-skipping to the next.
Achivement unlocked: "Curiosity kills the cat" - Self destruct by trying to fly to the third Knossos.
Achivement unlocked: "Shivan Lover" - Don't depart during the departure window in Into the Lion's Den.
Achivement unlocked: "Bad Listener" - Die by Meson Bomb in A Flaming Sword.
Achivement unlocked: "Priorities?" - Lose the Iceni before the Hinton.
