Title: Airshow photos [image heavy]
Post by: Dysko on August 11, 2013, 09:03:25 am
Hi everybody! It has been a long time since I last posted here, apart from some posts in General Discussion once every... err... few years or so  :nervous:
For those of you who don't remember me (or those who joined after I "left"), I am the "airplane crazy" guy who left the FS scene almost 7 years ago, when I started studying aerospace engineering (BTW, I STILL haven't graduated, it has been... quite more difficult than I thought). Few years ago I started aircraft spotting, and this year I travelled quite a lot to attend some airshows. Recently I was even asked to cooperate with an Italian aviation magazine, but I was turned down at the last moment :(

Here are some photos from this year's airshow.

Hello. Thank you for posting. :)

I don't have any interest beyond passing in this kind of thing, but those are beautiful and interesting pictures.

Such nice shots you got there.

Awesome material of top quality, why did they turn you down? if it can be made public of course.

edit: do you have these shots without the logo? I'd like to have some of them as desktop background :D

Economic crisis. That magazine will fire half of its journalists next month, and it will probably close next year if sales keep going down.

Nice pictures! 8/8 cloud coverage can make for some interesting lighting, doesn't it?

Fellow aerospace engineering student and aviation nut here - from what I've seen, running overdue is pretty standard in AE studies ;)
